Herd

I have finished reading Mark Earls’ latest book last weekend and I urge you to get yourself a copy I you haven’t done it already. The best thing you could say about a business book is that you’ve read it as if it wasn’t a business book… I definitely think that Herd is one of these books.
His all theory is about human connections and interactions, what he calls the human herd. In an industry focus on the individualisation, Mark Earls reminds us of our true nature: we are the social ape and social interactions are the basis of our behaviour.
His book is a great start to dig deeper in the understanding of ‘mass behaviour’… Taking about mass behaviour isn’t a shame as many people from marketing seems to think and we should definitely try to be more interesting is this so we can have some starters to explain phenomenon like what happen last week when Primark opened in Oxford Circus…
